Cat 7A

The latest edition to cabling standards, the new Cat 7A (augmented) increases the cabling performance requirements, giving high speed networking and computer applications, defining frequencies up to a huge 1000 MHz.

This edition sees 100 Gigabit Ethernet possible at 15 metres and, just like other categories, can be used for multiple applications in a single cable.
